Take a break with the Asian Food Collective with a day of Soup & Stretch!
Deepthi Rao (@deepthings.yoga) will be leading in Hatha Yoga (movement) and Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation). This session is beginner friendly and open to all levels.
After yoga, participants can join us for a light dinner social. Vegan kabocha squash soup will be served.
